Travel
All locations within a 25 mile radius of Asheville do not require a travel fee. Outside of the 25 mile range, travel costs $1 per mile, per stylist, both ways. If you book the Micro Wedding Package, there is no travel fee for locations within a 50 mile radius of Asheville. Past that, the same $1 per mile fee applies. Contact me directly when booking to help you calculate the travel fee.
Booking Fee
When you reserve your date with me, instead of a percentage deposit, I charge a flat deposit depending on your wedding size. For the Micro Wedding Package, the deposit is $100, and for larger weddings, the deposit is $200. This fee is non-refundable and covers all correspondence and scheduling between when you book and your date. This fee does not apply to In-Studio Services during the off season (mid November - mid March).
Late Fee
For brides or bridal parties who are over 25 minutes late for their scheduled start time, there is a $50 per half hour per stylist penalty fee. This is in place to ensure that we get started at the planned time, which is imperative for a relaxing and smooth getting-ready experience.
